You don't remember Leenzy because we didn't show you her first round performance because it was the cursed version of Zombie. She gets a pass because of being that amazing though. And you correctly identified Nayoung as the guitarist from the Good Boy performance

Contestants all reviewed each other's auditions in the beginning so they could familiarize themselves with the other members. A 5-0 sweep is functionally the same as a 3-2 narrow win except for the point of pride. CL talks more in the judges comments but otherwise isn't super chatty. You understood the eliminations perfectly

I might have made up the English word for contrabass because I think the first time I heard it named was in season 1 and I just assumed that was the English name as well lol.

Oh, by round 4, the self-organizing round (it's chaos- hopefully we can show you eventually) the final teams can mostly be seen, and after that round they are officially put together and named to head into the final rounds. Yeah, eliminations range between 3-8 per round, with no apparent reasoning why that many, leading me to believe they choose who should go rather than sticking to a specific number.

I'm bursting to tell you about how these bands ended up, but Beks will fly from Korea to kill me for spoiling things, so I won't. Leenzy is my favorite female vocalist from Superband 2, and I stand behind my statement that if their company cannot figure out how to market them, they all deserve to be driven out of the music industry. I would hop onto a van with them and tour the world, no question. Leenzy, if you are in the US and need an experienced FOH engineer and tour manager, I'm available. The vocalist you may be thinking of that sounds like Leenzy is Alanis Morissette. We didn't show you the audition rounds, where Leenzy did a little song named "You Oughta Know." She killed it, of course.

From Wiki lol: Contrabass refers to several musical instruments of very low pitch—generally one octave below bass register instruments. I heard of the upright bass as a double bass, but I mean I've only listened to one playing live a single time lol.

I'll be more chill about spoilers now that we made it past oops I did it again, lol. But I am excited to sub and share the team reveal sequence, because it was so fun how they did it and the last decision, I was biting my nails (figuratively) the whole way through. Also you're def right it was probably Alanis lol I joked with a friend before that Leenzy has the talent to turn every song she sings into an Alanis Morissette song
