Totally agree with you about the Desire performance being the clear winner here, it just felt like it was in a league of its own. I definitely enjoyed the other performances, everyone did a great job. But the choreo for the others just wasn't as impressive as Desire for me, and I don't think the camerawork did them any favours either. It was fantastic to see LOONA and BG get that well-deserved win. And I was overjoyed at Universe in Eunha winning the vocal round too, especially when I didn't expect it. This episode was a lot of me cheering and fist-pumping at my screen 😂 Really agreed with the results this round, great episode!

I think something went wrong here, it cuts from the beginning of Ex-it's performance directly to I'm the Queen's performance, so everything inbetween is missing 😕

I'm glad the Universe vocal unit got 1st, they deserved it 🔥 Umji's got such great attitude and I'm glad we finally got some time with her in this one. The differences in trainee times must be so rough on some idols since you probably keep comparing yourself to people who have had years more practice than you. But seeing her be so humble and having no problem asking her juniors for help was really nice. And Hikaru is just repeatedly impressive in many different ways! I thought the performance itself was pretty good but that they got screwed the most by shoddy camerawork. I dunno if it's just the way the stage is set up, but the camera was always too far or too close for my liking. Eunseo and Yeoreum increasing their badassery levels was really fun. Hyolyn had actual big sister energy here, loved it. 😂Their stage's power came through a bit better than Purr's, and I the camerawork and pyrotechnics were more on point. And holy shit, the Eunjisonyeo unit 💀 This was exactly what I was hoping for when they teased Desire early on. Such a refined, commanding performance. They looked lethal, the choreo execution and expressions were fantastic, and they had by far the best camerawork. I'm so glad they ended up with this one, they slaughtered it 🔥 Probably the only one out of the three that I'll be rewatching a year from now. Big plus for Eunji getting a tour of BBC as well, those practice rooms have quickly become such a "LOONA" thing for me.

Sistar's disbandment went as smooth as a disbandment can be. The members decided to disband to focus on solo work, told the company, Starship agreed, everything was announced to the fans in advance, so everybody knew and they got a farewell song + stage. Probably the most drama-free disbandment ever

To clarify on Hikaru, Dayeon and Xiaoting being first. Before the program began, all contestants were evaluated to see were their skill level were at, and were ranked accordingly. Dayeon ranked first our of all Korean trainees, Hikaru ranked first out of all Japanese Trainees, and Xiaoting was first out of all chinese trainees. Due to that, on the main GP999 song, O.O.O, where all girls sing, the three centers were those 3. During the actual show, the final number 1 in the finale was indeed Chaehyun.

Yup, this has been happening so often recently. I have no way to monitor that with a second screen and it's very obnoxious. Of course i'd forget to record one of my favorite parts of the episode...

Hyolyn is under her own agency. After Sistar disbanded and she left Starship, she founded her own company, Brid3 (pronounced "bridge"), so the staff you see working with her behind the scenes on the show are her employees.

Also, re: Your confusion about the cheering. The rules changed in Korea between the filming of the 2nd and 3rd rounds, so crowds at indoor shows are allowed to cheer again. They used pre-recorded online fan cheering for the first two rounds. Starting with the 3rd round in episode 6, all the cheering you've heard has been from the live audience. A lot of the weekly music shows are also bringing back live audiences with cheering.
