This album was really everything I never knew I needed from her. We never really knew what Solar was going to do with this album but man she exceeded all the expectations. I’m looking forward to more music from her. I think she mentioned that she held on to Chap Chap for 2 years. I know she’s got more songs hidden in a vault somewhere.

Zinggle zinggle is a song about solar and moonbyuls relationship. It’s confirmed by the songwriter herself haha

This album is trouble to me. Before talking about each song, we can say that Solar is truly Mamamoo. She embodies the group so much. Every song on it feels like a Mamamoo song. It also due to RBW CEO KDH making the TT and Cosmic sound/girl (two big RBW producers who make a lot of MMM songs) make "Zingle zingle" and "chap chap". This duo just make bangers they never miss. Now the songs: Raw: The instrumental is the intro of "Spit it out". What a great "intro" love this heavy influence of middle east music in it. Only one complain, the same as MB "Synopsis" and Wheein "Deserve" , this should have been a full song. 9/10 Honey: I already talked enough about it under your YT video but this song is genius. The shortness, the 3 part chorus, Solar's delivery. 11/10 Chap Chap: i didn't know what to expect from Cosmic girl/sound and Solar composing all together but man what a fantastic track. So full and rich and i don't know what to call the ending part, is it chiptune? it has a bit of 8-bit sounds and i'm a bigggggggg sucker for those (wish someone make so track in that style in KPOP) 11/10 Big Booty: i will not review it cuz i'm a little bitch for Big Band songs/ Old school jazz vibe and Solar singing with such soul that it's a perfect track 12/10 (not biased at all) Zingle Zingle: ngl when i heard the "cosmic" before the song start, i paused it for a sec and got chills all over my body. I freaking love those producers, i think they are geniuses, everything they touch turn into a freaking banger. They made so many iconic MMM tracks and this one is no exception. The instrumental is so rich, so detailled. 11/10 Overall what an album. Solar and RBW worked hard on this one and it pays. I didn't not expect it to be that good but it might be my early AOTY. It's between this and Rolling Quartz "Fighting" and "Face" will probably take the lead. Also can we just take a moment to apreciate all the insane songs that every MMM members have given us in like 4-5months. 3 Amazing albums and a solid EP.

If chap chap didn't fade out, it would 100% be my favorite song on the album. But because it does, my ranks goes a little like Honey > zinggle zinggle > chap chap > big booty > raw. Seeing how hard solar went on this (in terms of quality and how much she wrote and composed) I'm scared to see what she brings next. She had two title tracks to choose from for this comeback and she said the that one that wasn't chosen was "intense" and "19+", so yeah. Fair warning.

It's really good to see that it is her first mini album and she's showing colors in her music. The fact that she participated in lyrics and composing is just amazing. A solid solid EP I must say. Looking forward to moonbyul's 6equence album reaction too!

I loved the chap chap fade out, my current ranking is (I say current cause, as is the case with all Mamamoo songs it depends on my mood cause all of them are incredible) Honey Chap chap Zinggle zinggle Raw Big booty Honestly though, raw would have ranked higher if it was a full song and zinggle is making a strong case for higher ranking. In any case, all these songs are so amazing and the fact that Solar has this much talent showing in this mini album makes me excited for her next releases. She was already mentioning that she had to choose between Honey and another tittle track. So I'm wondering if it's going to be her next release. Btw Mamamoo released a new track titled 'Smile' for their Japanese version of I say Mamamoo: The Best. They make bops in all languages✨
