over time youll start to see the similarties in mina and olivia hye . but i think mostly is how they talk and their lip shape because their personailty on stage is TOTALLY different from each other- mina is more angelic and elegant like on stage (and just in general lmao ) and olivia is more "hardcore " or giviing you the "im gonna rip your face off eyes" lmao on stage type beat . but just them off stage casually- yeah i can defitnitely see the resemblances ESPECIALLY when minas hair is dark and long.

Just to be a proofreading ONCE, the title of this video should be "Signal" + "Likey" + "Heart Shaker." I don't know how easy that is to change in Patreon. So, when I discovered TWICE at the beginning of my Kpop journey about 3 years ago, I thought Sana was playing a character. I'm an entertainment lawyer, and I've been involved in the music industry in various ways for over 25 years. I'm pretty jaded. My first guess is to think that everything is fake, because in western pop it usually is. A few years in, I know that Kpop has its share of fakery as well. The idols definitely play roles within their groups that are assigned to them, especially at debut. But the degree of fan exposure makes it impossible for idols to put on characters and have completely fake personalities, because nobody is that good. The system intentionally places them in situations where their real personality shines through, like variety shows. While there are definitely things that Sana Minatozaki keeps private, because she is extremely smart and knows what she is doing, that's her real personality. She really is that cute. I realized that first while watching Sixteen, which you should watch. I then became convinced while watching TWICE on variety shows after debut, like Running Man and Weekly Idol/Idol Room. Sana has also appeared solo on other shows. She's playing the sexy/cutie role, but they gave her that role because that's not a stretch for her. That's who she is.
