What an amazing interview! I think it's really beneficial to the TripleS girls to interact with seniors like this and learn from them. Simultaneously, D&E saw just how much some things have changed over the years and how Modhaus is handling their management differently.

and yes, korean dialects from different regions are wildly different even though they technically can be right next to each other but it's kind of easy to understand when you realize a) these areas have had people living there for over 1500 years and b) how mountainous korea is so it was REALLY difficult prior to the industrial revolution to even get to the town over the mountain ridge. These accents have been around and developed forever through the centuries and developed basically on their own in semi-isolation and they just stuck. That being said, Sumin also just has a super unique, rambling way of talking even for a korean person. It's always a little jarring hearing her talk. Donghae is from Mokpo which is also in the south (maybe like 100 miles from Daegu where Sumin is from)

The concept of this show is based on an incident that went viral a few years ago. At an awards show, Taeyeon was sitting with Super Junior at their table when she noticed someone ( I forget who) sitting by themselves. She pointed it out to Eunhyuk d they both waved him to come over and sit with them so he wouldn't be by himself. So the show is called "Hey, Come Over Here." Taeyeon was the first guest in honor of that moment. I you have thew time or inkling, you should watch when Yuqi and Minnie were on as guests. They are both ELF (Super Junior fandom) and have become friends with the members, so it is like watching brothers with younger sisters in how they tease each other. Hyunsik and Eunkwang were also guests for an episode.
