Ok, first post and Little Update.
we arrived safe and sound and….already had an argument…about who kills the gigantic roach that crawled out of our sink (WTF?!) 0.0”

but besides that, place is nice. Little dirty . Needs some touch up paint and cleaning (we knew that prior, tho). So gonna be busy for the next days setting things up. But overall, we are doing good) thanks for all the  support and well wishes ^^
