Ok, a little late, since Mermay is over now. But that won't stop me keeping on drawing mermaids >.<

OK, I'm not sure if I draw all the characters, but at least I wanted to draw all the female ones. 

I wasn't sure how to draw Charlene since I wanted a cute motive with her....So I went with a rather innocent motive and outfit (if you can call it that XD) and with lotsa flowing hair.

I like using the 'Caramel' tone for Charlene's hair. It makes her look more like a redhead than she actually meant to be....but it also gives the illustrations a lighter and friendlier tone.

The warm grey marker are nice and cool. But sometimes they look a bit dreary....

Anyway, Next sketch will be something else. But I might continue on with the mermaids here and there ^^
