Down WIP (Patreon)

Late again, lol. I'll post the remaining WIPs (and sketches) throughout the day. Sorry for the delay ;3;

Oh, the Thanksgiving arc, when the beloved relatives come over for dinner and argue each other into the ground over nothing.

One of the major change this year was Sam's parents. Last year they were way too screechy which upset a fair amount of readers. However, I didn't want to abandoned their characters entirely, so we had to change their chemistry in some other ways.

What came to my mind was putting dad on downers, turning him into Neil from 'the young ones' (although Neil is more depressed than doped out). That way mom and dad would have a similar relationship like Rick and Neil had (although sam's mom is not half as nasty as Rick was)

Originally I wanted dad to be high on weed and constantly had clouds surrounding his head (he even had a little Canada flag in his west pocket XP)

I loved that image, but my husband advised against it (how ironic, he wrote an actual weed joke which is coming later this year...talking about double standard here... <,<), so instead of Marijuana we changed it into medication
