...I think nobody spotted the Son Goku look alike in the BG XD

I changed Hubbs' pose in the second panel to make him a bit less threatening. Although I'm not sure if it's just...a different pose XD

Your change of pose worked. Ellie/Al actually winds up being a tad taller than Hubbs, and Hubbs looks more like he's just trying to reason with her rather than force her to do something she may not want to do (even though he thinks she's a "he"). Relative height, in real life, can and often does make a strong psychological difference when communicating with someone. People tend to be intimidated by those taller or physically higher than them, which is why people are usually on an elevated platform when having to exert authority, such as a judge behind the bench, or a jury, or similar situations. Conversely, people can often feel a subconscious air of superiority when confronted by someone smaller/lower than them. Smart people can often manipulate this to their advantage, such as bending over slightly so that the person they're trying to convince/reason with doesn't see them as quite as intimidating/threatening as they would normally be if they were standing up straight.
