The other day I saw a dress with a frilly sailor collar. That was really cute but didn't look too childish (golly, I need to go clothes shopping very soon >,<)

I thought Sedine would look cute in it too so I drew a similar design and also used it as a blouse (the blouse version will show up in the next arc, btw ;))
