I just would like to make a statement on the outstanding Inktober artwork (if I noted it down correctly there are still 5 to go.) I wanted them to be done a couple weeks ago but something always got in my way.

Originally I had everything nicely planned out to draw them parallel to an arc which had mostly simple strips. Therefore it was rather easy to push extra artwork into my schedule.

However, that was back in October. Now I'm working on more complex strips again which make it a bit difficult to do extra stuff on the side. On top of that...I'm a bit burnt out on ink. .__."

Long story short, I'd like to take it easy on the remaining requests in order to not get myself frustrated and neglect the quality of the artwork.

Please don't get me wrong, I will definitely get back to it and I'm totally determent to fulfill what's still open. Also, if any of those patrons, who are still waiting for their request to be drawn, want to cancel their pledge, I will fulfill the request no matter what. So this is not a scheme to bind patrons or such.

I just really feel like I can't keep up quality and speed at this rate and want to take it easy for at least a couple weeks. By the beginning of December I will start posting them again.

Thanks for your support and my apologies for the wait. I hope for your understanding ^^"

It’s very, very important that you don’t get burned out producing the daily and Sunday art. That needs to be your main focus, Bea. 💫

I'll take quality over quantity any day. Your work has quality and even the daily strips don't have to be "daily" if the strips that are posted are high quality work. McEldowny's Pibgorn is a good example. As Mike K says, it is very important (to us fans) that you don't get burned out. Take care

I guess I know what to be thankful for this thanksgiving ^-^ Thanks for the heads up and I'm always flattered when compared to McEldowny :D

Thanks :) Actually, I'm not burnt out on the comic itself. Granted, sometimes there are days where I can't get myself together. But I never really faced the mood where I felt like stopping entirely (It's actually the opposite. The days I can't work on the strip I feel like I wasted my time and deeply regret doing whatever I did .__.") But, yeah, as described, doing too much at once can be tiring ^^'
