Like everything else in the game, the outfit that the protagonist wears during stealth missions (like the Osana Stalker mission and the Insane Asylum mission) is something that had to be designed and illustrated before a modeler could create it. The current design - black turtleneck, black shorts - was sketched by a volunteer. However, I was never 100% satisfied with it, and always wondered if, potentially, someone could design a better one - so, concept art was created for two other sneaking outfits.

The top was kept mostly the same, but the shoes were changed from white to black, and the shorts were changed into pants. Two versions of the pants were created - "normal" black pants that anyone might have in their closet, and more "tactical-looking" cargo pants that might be more sensible to wear if the protagonist needed extra pockets to justify bringing a few tools to the mission.

There are a lot of 3D models that I need for the game, and most of them are higher in priority than replacing a clothing model that is acceptable as it already is, so neither of these designs ever got modeled - maybe one day in the future, though.
