Over the course of Yandere Simulator's development, only two storyboards were ever created: one for the "Driving your rivals to murder" video, and one for the cutscene where Senpai meets Amai. The storyboard for Senpai meeting Amai was extremely useful in helping to visualize how the cutscene would be playing out.

As you can see, some aspects of the final cutscene are different, such as not having a close-up shot of Amai grabbing Senpai's hand. This is because every aspect of a cutscene (such as changing the camera angle) adds additional work and complexity, and honestly, it was easier to just program 3 camera angles into the game and tell the game when to swap camera angles.

I hope you enjoy looking at this storyboard and gaining some insight into what it's like working on this game behind-the-scenes!

The end is really underrated to me! We don't see much of Taro in the first week, but the smile then laughing just adds so much more! It makes him feel more human. I hope we get to see more of him; yansim is unique to me because I actually find myself rooting for the people who I'm eliminating /pos

You're right about that! If possible, I would love to add more "humanizing" moments to give Senpai more charm and character.
