Day 16: Mission Mode Concepts (Patreon)

Hello!

This is the original concept art for Mission Mode. As you can see. Some of the original ideas made it into the game almost 1-to-1 (font choice, Mission Failed screen), and others weren't used at all.

Even after all this time, I still feel like some aspects of the Mission Mode GUI look far too primitive and amateurish, and I still feel like it should get an upgrade before the final game...but it's so hard to insert that into my priority list when there are still so many more important things to do.

EDIT: At the point in time that I made this post, I was under the impression that these images were concept images that a volunteer created for me at my request. I recently learned that these images were, in fact, not created by a volunteer at my instruction, but were created by a fan of the game for fun. In light of this information, I don't feel that I have the right to make these images paid content, so I have removed the images. Sorry about that!
