Whew! It's done! Chapter 39.

Took longer than expected, mostly because I wasn't sure which events should have come first, but I managed to decide in the end. The chapter is still being proofread, but I didn't feel good about making you guys wait any longer. So go ahead and enjoy. Comments are welcome.

Great chapter aside from a few inconsequential grammar errors. On another note, 'motherly love' from a sword? Anyone else thinking of Raikou?

The sword that Raikou used to kill Shuten-douji? *whistles*. The very same weapon that killed her, plus the build-up of legend since her era? That's a good damn sword right there. Would also double as a catalyst for possibly eventually summoning Raikou or Shuten. More distantly, the spirits related to the two of them. ... It would be REALLY awkward if he later summoned Shuten-douji after this, though.

Nice to see that we can expect more "good things" to come (hopefully soon, but as with any good story, proper pacing is important). Speaking of which, since it's a new month, are you gonna continue with Gamer Night, or go back to The Fall? Personally I'm hoping for the former as I enjoy it more overall, and I suspect many of your fans feel the same. Plus we've got Round 2 between Shirou and Rangiku coming up soon, and what looks like another beauty with equally massive tits waiting for her sword to be fixed.

Considering that it's the sword she used to kill Shuten... yep. I don't know if she'll be his first Servant in the upcoming HGW considering that he still has Avalon inside him (although... would she still be motherly if she's summoned as a Saber? She demonstrates her insanity in different ways depending on the class she's summoned into, after all), but with such a potent catalyst its almost assured that he'll summon her later.
