Here is the design of the naughty prosthetic device that I mentioned before. 

The device is constructed in a similar fashion as Mechadendrites which are mechanical tendrils used by the tech-adepts of the Adeptus Mechanicus to aid them in construction, maintenance, and research. These bionics contain small motors and actuators within their armoured shells and wave about the tech-priest implanted with them almost with a life of their own.

It is connected to the user's spine via a Mind Impulse Unit (MIU). The MIU allows the user to instinctively and intuitively control the machine he or she is connected to, as if it were an extension of their own bodies, or to absorb digital information directly into the cerebral cortex. Can Heidi feel pleasure from it? YES  Can it cum? DOUBLE YES.

The outer shell is made of a high grade ceramite material to ensure its durability,

This bionic dick will be attached to heidi in one scene, and Heidi will lend this to Roxxi in another scene.

How our main character can have access to such advanced technology? probably fabricated based on information found in an STC somewhere in Chunnov. But no worries, the device is clean and steril enough and it  will not infect anyone with an STD.
