The nose piece swaps out. That will show up later in the book, since her antlers start growing in Chapter 4.

I'm posting them as I complete them, yeah. This first scene has been a bit of a slog because it's very environment heavy and required several 3D models.

i know they just kind of clone and drift rather than reproduce in an animal sense, but if you were gonna apply family terms to AIs, how close would bip and cal be? first cousins? third? too far to easily express?

They are are unaware of each other's existence. A.I. usually only consider the A.I. in their direct lineage (so, previous selves?) to be 'family' or 'relatives.' The last point in the branching tree of A.I. identities that Bip and Calcery shared was hundreds of years ago.
