Mr. Robot is finally entering the radar. I'm already off to such a great start with this show and the cinematography has already grabbed me along with our main character. Gonna be really awesome digesting this..hope you guys are hyped!

Ahhh James is truly beginning to see the vision of this show and why its the only show to dethrone BrBa and BCS as my favourite show of all time. Cannot wait to continue this journey with you man, this'll be my 3rd time watching.

Oh man, the reveal! Also if you ever get to watch the show again, there are scenes throughout that just hit harder upon 2nd viewing. "We are just getting started" is literally the quote for ep8. So excited for the journey! Also FYI, each season finale (except the last season) has a post credit scene.

They are speaking swedish and danish :) cool detail for sure! Also knowing who darlene is makes earlier episodes make so much more sense, like how she talks to Elliot and how she just appears to his place like she knows him. It's because she does lol

Yep, it's top 5 for me. BCS, Mad Men, Mr Robot and Andor (especially if S2 hits) are my top 4.

It's always so fun to go back and rewatch the Darlene scenes after this new contextualization. There's even one line on the subway where Elliott asks her how she knows where he lives and she just gives him a weird look and says, "Why wouldn't I know where you live?" So fucking cool man.

Oh yeah man it's fire! Shot entirely on location/sets with great writing and real actors, I'm still shocked Disney greenlit 2 seasons. It uses Star Wars as a setting to tell a standalone story about empire and rebellion. Best sci-fi I've seen since The Expanse.

Glad you’re really digging all the characters and writing and cinematography and everything so far! This journey is gonna be so damn fun And I agree I love the way that in place of an intro the show just has the ‘Mr Robot’ title card appear over the scene at a good moment. Almost feels like a mic drop moment like “hey remember what show this is? That’s right you’re watching Mr robot so strap in bitch because the ride is getting started” So excited for you to learn more about these characters and see just how fun and creative the show gets in later seasons!

I forgot how great the Darlene twist scene is when you have absolutely no context for the show. Great reactions! Just FYI, what used to be called "multiple personality disorder" or "split personality disorder" is now called DID or 'dissociative identity disorder' which is the accepted medical term, an old friend of mine has it and it was drilled into me lol. You said it in the outro so I thought you'd want to know.
