You will love Psycho. You’ll get obsessed to Alfred Hitchcock films after this one. About every film he did was a thriller masterpiece. He was the master of suspense. :)

I love Scream so much, but the fact that I saw it when I was like 10 or 11 meant that it ruined a lot of other movies for me. Just from the way that it deconstructs the entire genre of slasher horror movies, identified every cliché and flipped it on its head, to this day it's made me not want to even bother with something like Halloween.

If you want a challenge, I strongly recommend the US version of Funny Games (2007). That film completely altered how I experience the medium. I’d like to think for the better.
