Inuyasha, an elf sketch, and the next sticker (Patreon)

Hi guys! A couple little things today!

  • Image1: For fun I have started doing the 6 fanarts challenge thing that is going around. So far i only have Inuyasha, but I plan to work on more on tonight’s Twitch stream. I hope to see you there!


  • Image2: Some of you may have seen that I posted the xp pen tablet review with the elf painting I was working on during last stream. I have just a couple final polishy things to do with that painting before I post the full version, and not just a cropped photo. I actually wrote a little story-ish caption thingy that I’ll post along with it. Tbh, it’s the first bit of creative writing I have done in a WHILE... we’ll see how interesting it actually is. Lol. But it was fun to write.


  • Image3: Aaaaand the last rough sketch here is just a rough sketch of my own elf-sona character. I kind of want to try and add a bit more detail to that piece and make it feel a little more like a scene and not just a character.


  • Image4: How interested would you guys be in having this cute instacat character be the next sticker? I know at least one of you has specifically requested her as a sticker. ☺️

I love the Inuyasha! His eyes look really pretty, and your skintones are awesome! The animalistic mouth on him is also a really nice touch. I think the cat would be an adorable sticker!

Does your tablet have the same colors as your computer screen? I just recently got a tablet and the colors are a bit off and it bothers me a lil bit :( if this tablet is spot on i may look into getting this one instead...

All computer monitors have slightly different color variations, so it is really tough to match everything up. I was pretty satisfied with the xp pen colors though. Can't complain about them. What kind of tablet are you using? I am in the process of evaluating one of the huion tablets right now and the colors seemed really off when I plugged it in. I had to do a lot of messing around with the color setting in my graphics card driver to get the colors looking more correct. Didn't have that problem at all with the xp pen.

Ah yeah. So, if you haven't already tried this, I had to go into my graphics card control panel (I have an nvidia card, but I think you can do this with other cards too), select the huion tablet and change the output dynamic range to full. The trick here is that that option was not even showing up until I switched to using a display port cable instead of an hdmi cable... which is unfortunate because a display port cable is not one of the cables that comes with the huion tablet.
