Modding Diary- Midwives added (Patreon)

HI guys! Hope you all are well! 

This week I fixed the animation error mentioned in my last post, turns out it wasn't because the animation was too long, rather it was caused by the birth tub animation, to fix it I just got rid of the animation for the birth tub and adjusted the sims animation accordingly.

I also added the "Home Birth" option to the "call obstetrician" menu.

you sim will have the option "call midwife" on their phone when they are in labor

and midwives will appear at the door shortly

and they will help your sim to give birth

one issue I am currently experiencing is that the first baby will only spawn in the hospital bassinet 

however if your sim gives birth to more than one baby the other ones will spawn in the regular bassinet, the image below shows what happened when my sim gave birth to twins

I know this is not ideal because the hospital bassinet doesnt look great, and it will also make the invisible cribs mod useless. so this is something I will need to fix next week. 

I will also need to do some research on what early labor looks like when giving birth at home so that I can create some early labor interactions.
