I think player growth works weird. the plans are there but in general they grow way too fast

The Development Plans only work on your squad, so they would make your players (only) grow slower whilst the rest of the game grows normally fast. I'm trying to make growth slower universally at the moment, hence why I returned the Development Plans to default.
