Aims for August 2023 and August in Review! (Patreon)

Hey-o, and here we go, once again back to run through the weeks just passed and what goodies the times brought us, or not. Can you believe it’s already the end of another month? Just where oh where does that time go, really? Well, being that its true it’s time we tot up the scored on our goals card again come what may and make a public accounting of it all. Let’s not dally then, on we go so we can make a start on another month. To the weeks just gone then:

Our July Goals:

- Agents of Heels v0.26 to the Daring fans. Failed – Once again we’ve missed the mark on the top line goal and the one some others rely on. It’s a shame, we know, but at the same time it’s not for a lack of putting the back into it. Our most recent post show off some things to see as well as to hear, as we made it know it’s only a matter of grinding out the renders on a toppling render machine now. Not the happiest news but even so we’re getting there. We’re “less than a week of good days from being released and out, it’s just a question of whether today’ll be a good day for the machine”… Anyways, “soon” isn’t good enough for a tick, so no tick. Moving on.

- Noemi’s v0.21 Well in the Works, with Public Teaser Progress Displayed. Failed – And as it has been for the last few postings of this goal, we have it all but ready to go, only the goal above is a perquisite (can’t be dancing around about progress and things upcoming on the project not in the front seat, right?) so it’s a miss here too. Once again, no tick for the list, but here’s hoping we’ll be shucking that pen’s tip on this soon.

- Fan Input Time! A Polling to See What’s Next For Noe and Nat. Complete! – Yes, we got one! Not only that, it’s still an up and active pollfor another week plus so anyone can still yet have their say as a backer. Have you voted yet? If no, do so now! We’re looking out and watching to see which the fans want next, a double plating of Noemi to come, or a double billing of two heroines as per usual, first Noe then Nat one after the other. Be sure to jump on in there and have your say on the matter too, meanwhile we’ll click the tick on this one! Can’t wait to find out the results, ourselves.

- More and More Fantastic Fandom-y Goodness, via Posts, Discord and Twitter. Partial (50%) – Once again we’re going in on Partial for this one on account of we got some nice things posted, we got some important things posted, we’ve been alive and active on Discord as much as the fans have and around Twitter regularly to show off the back catalogue among other things. We posted some news on the update early on in the month, the Nat and Noe poll from the goal above, and a new teaser to please(r) as well with the current outlook included, along with Fan Creation Discord chatter and Twitter’s #ScreenshotSaturday most weekends on top, so that was all good stuffs. On the other hand, we didn’t have any fun concept post or a weekly check in each week of the month like our old highs had, so it doesn’t quite feel like we hit the full on with this one. Maybe 67% or 75% would be fairer? Still, it’s peanuts compared to what we missed, so we won’t bother quibbling. Let’s wrap it at that.

And thus ends another July in the beWilderverse, much to our chagrin, but time waits for no man nor for sexy women neither. Time we add up and make account, then move along. So how did it go? It’s 37.5% (1.5/4) for our efforts, a poor showing but not as low as rock bottom, a small saving grace. It’s become a difficult time for us where we’re stuck between failing equipment and time-consuming efforts to have them replaced, with limited options but to eek out what progress we can day by day until the tipping point finally comes and we barrel into a better set up and good times again. We have our plans on paper to pull out of the hole, here’s hoping the execution can come soon, but we await that opening still. That said, we’ve been working on things so here’s to seeing them come to fruition for us all soon. With that in mind, let’s look with renewed vigour at the month to come!

What to expect in August:

- Agents of Heels v0.26 to the Daring fans. As it was, so it shall be. We weren’t exactly going to spin around and announce a whole different update as the goal now, were we? Ha. Yup, Corrected Natasha’s first chance to really rock her body and skills for the bad guys is coming up this month, we can feel it in our bones… The skeleton ones, even! We’ve even teased her to the brim just the other day too, so let’s get rowdy for something good ahead!

- Noemi’s v0.21 Handover and Public Teaser to Tickle the Fandom.One leading lady isn’t enough for us, not with an appetite grown so large. Noemi’s also on the horizon for us, first with a handover to make a fresh trip to Philly official and beyond that a showing of the good stuff to come, not even talking about the food at that! Details, we all want details! And we’ll have them, in time, with more August to come after too.

- Results of the Poll to See What’s Next for Noe and Nat.We’ve posted the poll, it’s running, and y’all are responding, but who wants to have to check back in come mid-August and read up on the numbers when we can pop up a post of it’s own and announce the fans’ findings with some flair? It’s a big decision, so might as well meet it with some respect and the details about what it’ll mean, all in good time when it’s officially decided. So that’s a goal of it’s own this month.

- Proof of Life and Our Still Burning Passions, Meaning Posts, Discord and Twitter Still Coming! We’ve not fallen out of love with either of our game babes or their tales and supporting crew, not a jot at all. We’ll go about making sure that’s known by continuing our posts here, talking up the girls and being part of the fun on our own Discord server, and being part of the wider world’s conversations on Twitter (as much as that’s still standing that is), even getting in some other appearances when we may. We’re hoping to see our update made, sent, and with the clock reset our hands unbound to post up a for fun pic post or two again… won’t that be nice? Before the fun the work must be done, though. So on we go with that.

That’s the month ahead then, how does it tickle your fancy? The month gone by hasn’t been what we wanted it to be, as has been the trend lately, but alas… “Won’t it be dull when we rid ourselves of all these demons haunting us, to keep us company?”… Well, nevertheless we’re determined to return to happiness and sexiness all the same, through elbow grease, grit and love for the digital ladies and our world in progress. Set back happen, it’s pushing through them to the end that makes character worth it. Just look at Noe! Always pushing ahead. And so, before we go back and get to girls gone galivanting as best we can, our thanks go out once again to all those who’ve been there to support us through these times, sincerely and truly, we stand on your shoulders and love you for giving us the opportunity despite it all. Thank you, and here’s to the times ahead being so great they are worth it!
