0.07d Bug Fixes for Queen in Deficit (Patreon)

It seems that somehow some people have problem with getting the clothe for the slum bar event chain.  Fixed it so the event chain would start properly and trigger the clothes seller for everyone.

Also some other minor bug fixes.
