First it was Tamaki who got slight shorter hair in the newest manga chapters, now on chapter 339 even Hado got an haircut! ....even if happened involuntary while fight- But I have a feeling Horikoshi may doing this on purpose to also show that the characters matured/got older. 

So I decided to do the same with Hatori! Now you can see her feathered pointy ears better! In the first school years, she was uncomfortable with showing them, thats why she let additional bangs grow to cover them. But later on she started to love them as Hado, Mirio and even Tamaki complimented her and said they look cute on her! So she finally became comfortable with showing them!🪶
