Ashe Game Easter Egg Ideas #1 (Patreon)

I'm still working on adding sound to the Ashe game—it's coming along well, but I remember getting some feedback that Whitemane's Inquisition was too quiet, so this time I'm doing extra testing on different devices to make sure the volume is balanced properly. In the meantime, I want to talk about something that I've been thinking about a lot since I started this project: easter eggs!

One of my biggest regrets with Whitemane's Inquisition is that I was not able to add any secret content or jokes. I had some ideas, but never found the time to squeeze them in. I want to change that with this new game, and today I'm going to share some of the ideas I've had so far for possible secrets.

I think good easter eggs either provide comedy, unique content, or some combination of the two. Naturally, no two secrets are equal and something like a hidden scene will take far more effort to add than a background gag. To be clear, not every secret that I suggest here will make it in, and some might be added in a future update rather than in the game's initial release.

Secret #1: Futa Ashe Solo Scene (pictured above)

This secret combines two missed opportunities from Whitemane's Inquisition. Firstly, I wanted to include a futa masturbation scene with Whitemane on her throne; it seemed simple at first but after hitting several logistical snags I had to scrap it. Secondly, I've been wanting to figure out how to create a dynamic semen simulation; it was something that I originally conceived of while planning out Whitemane's bukkake scene, but I wasn't able to see it through given the other logistical concerns that I needed to deal with for that scene.

This bonus scene, as I envision it, includes two facets. The first, as seen above in a few concept sketches, involves a pretty basic loop of futa Ashe enjoying herself to a lewd magazine depicting various Overwatch characters in pinup poses. Alongside that animation will be a sort of first-person window that allows you to freely aim Ashe's cumshot on the pages of the magazine. Additionally, you can cycle through a couple of magazine pages with a different character on each page.

A scene like this is probably the best opportunity for me to attempt a player-controlled cum simulation since it will be much easier to experiment with on a flat, still magazine page than jumping straight into attempting it on a physical, moving character with several layers of depth. It'll also give me a chance to draw several small, sexy pinups of different Overwatch characters.

I'd like to think at least some of you will enjoy a scene like this, but it is pretty unconventional and I think that makes it a good candidate for a secret bonus scene. Naturally, any new scene will still take a lot of effort to add, and there's a chance I won't be able to make the interactive cumshot work as intended, so it's more likely that I'll attempt to add the scene in a 2.0 or 3.0 update, not on release.

Secret #2: Ashe x Ashe

Inspired by the Dva x Dva scene in Rikolo's Dva Does Overwatch animation, Echo's ultimate gives me a fun, in-universe opportunity to have a futa Ashe on Ashe scene. The way I plan on this working is that while Echo is selected as a partner, she has a hidden ultimate value that slowly generates over time. Once the value hits 100%, Echo will say a voiceline indicating that her ultimate is fully charged, and her button in the partner customization menu will start glowing. Clicking it will transform Echo into a duplicate of Ashe that can be used in any scene. 

Secret #3: BOB

It would be difficult to make a game starring Ashe without including BOB. For a handful of reasons, I'm probably not going to include BOB as a partner, but I think he'd be useful for a couple of background gags. Maybe clicking a certain background object causes him to peek into the scene, or perhaps certain triggers will play an animation of BOB offering Ashe drinks, toys, lube, etc. from offscreen.

Secret #4: Ahegao Pachimari

The Pachimari is commonly used as a joke mascot in Overwatch itself, so I was thinking it would be thematically appropriate of me to include it in my game somehow. My current thinking is to add a secret way to replace Ashe's hat with a Pachimari making an ahegao face, possibly with tentacle physics.

Secret #5: Patriotic Ashe

I do want to eventually include some more of Ashe's skins as options, but I also have been thinking about adding a secret, patriotic-themed skin. The way I see it, the more ridiculously over-the-top the skin is, the better. I'm talking about a tank top or t-shirt with a picture of an eagle in front of an American flag in front of a bunch of explosions, as well as American flag panties, leather cowboy boots, and torn blue jeans. I want it to be excessive to the point of being comedic, but I still want it to look sexy on Ashe.

To reiterate, though I will for sure try to include multiple secrets in the Ashe game, I won't promise all of these ideas will be included, at least not on release. Still, I've been pondering them a lot and I thought it would be productive to start a discussion about the kinds of secret content you'd like to see in my game. I'll gladly take your feedback on the ideas I've shared so far, but I'm also interested in hearing if any of you have your own ideas for possible secret content or jokes. If I end up including any of your suggestions in the game, I will definitely credit you for the idea!
