Hi everyone!

In my quest to answer questions that only I ask, in this video I try to make my won saw blades. The premise is that without being able to buy blades (on a Sunday for example) could you make your own in a hurry at the shop?

I was almost certain that the aluminium one was going to work and I should definitely have made it way thinner but it shows that if you need to make cuts of a specific with you could definitely make your own ad-hoc dado blade no problem. Making it work was a bit scary but I did the test safely behind a lot of wood in the other side of the shop.

And I was almost certain that the 3D printed ones were not going to work, I didn't want to use any fancy 3D printing filaments and I don't think it would have made much of  a difference and I wanted to give it my best so I ended up going berserk and making my own "mitter saw" so I could test different speeds and a giant 3D printed saw blade.

So... yep, you can make your own blades but 3D printing them is the worst option. As always I'm eager to read your feedback down below. Thanks!!!
