So this is a bit of an experiment, I tried to upscale the K/DA video using the Topaz A.I. Gigapixel , I've used the software in the past (for example to upscale the original ingame textures for the models) and it's freaking magic. This is probably not the ideal usecase since it has lot of flat colors, but it really does work.

Unfortunately right now it's kinda difficult to use for longer videos, but they are working on a new version and I signed up as beta tester :)
