Pandory v1.11 Public Release (Patreon)

Hey y'all!

It's been a while since we started on 1.11.

A lot has been added and many bugs were fixed. - Turtles in Time now uses FBNeo, so you'll actually be able to finish the game, at long last!

It's possible that we've forgot a few things in the changelog (If that's the case, sorry!!)

- Looped music is now played as a playlist, saves spawning new mplayer instances.

- WontFix: If you hide all games but one, and have custom menu music, the box will boot directly into the game with the MP3 playing over it. Cannot fix this, but it can be avoided by disabling music in the pandory.xml, so not really too bad.

Pandory PG3D:

- Fixed: PS1 adding bug (PBP filetype with CAPS fixed)
