Just to make things a bit more transparent for you guys in our Patreon- We'd like to break down what we do back here.

EmuChicken

Usually throws things against a wall and generally hope things stick.  English teacher for elementary school kids.  Spend most the time thinking of how we can improve this project.

Generally, tries to get the games / systems run as well as they can- fixing issues, button mappings, enhancing them (thing Metal Slug 2 or the PSP fixes).

Then you also add creating videos/ guides/ reviews for the Pandory YouTube channel to the list...  Checking out other systems can help realize what is missing in our cheap arcade boxes.

dajoho

Main programmer.  Day job: Mobile games programmer, but wishes he could just stay at home creating code for Pandory.   Pulls the Pandora Box software and finds vulnerabilities and hidden options that would not otherwise be known about the units.  The added 2 Player functionality (Soul Calibur, Winning Eleven) would not have come about if the "keyrecord" was not found in the code - Please don't mention PSPFix ... PTSD -

Oh, he also cares a lot about 4:3, and wishes happy pixels for everyone!

Team Pandory

Once we have the fixes laid out, dajoho programs and codes the main pandory executable.  This needs to work for as many systems as possible- remember there are now multiple versions of the DX which needs to be detected before Pandory is installed.  It truly is a "Pandora Jungle", just too many Pandora machines, clones, copies..  If the wrong files are added, you won't be playing any games, and you would need to restore your microSD.

The files are then sent and tested.  Any bugs found are reported then fixed.  Document files are then created / adjusted..  Pandory release video made, and then the new version is published / sent out.

We are both active on Discord, Facebook and YouTube communities, and absolutely HATE it when poor kids are fooled into getting the absolute worst device.

There are a few YouTube channels that come to mind who really love to sell products, showing no flaws when the product is absolute garbage.  Same can be said for some stores on Facebook, and then the Pandora box naming convention that does nothing but confuse the masses.  It's a mess.

If you want to join in the chats, please come join us on Discord!  - It's much like mIRC from back in the day... https://discord.gg/P5Rd99x
