this is probably the episode i'd call my "comfort episode" of this show. like it's just so cozy and sweet and it's got those fall vibes

Definitely a very wholesome episode, and loving Hana for having a new food basically every scene she’s in. Also, there’s a side plot that the anime hints at but never finishes/covers (in regards to the Kakeru-Tohru stuff). It doesn’t connect to the main Sohma plotline—but it’s one of the developments that manga readers were disappointed at the anime cutting most. Just wanted to know if you guys would ever be interested in it. Though, it’d probably be better later since it chronologically would have taken place in season three?

I love this episode. The animation for the site was really gorgeous and it is just so so wholesome and cute. Love the scenes with Hana being just herself eating everything, Uo and her teasing Kyo as always, Yuki conversation with Kakeru and him being more "free" to show his thoughts, even the childish ones outloud. And to top it off we have Tohru finally starting to notice her feelings and worries about Kyo more directly. Kyo has grown so much in the story already and it is really nice to see how far he has come in being more calm and nice and being able to connect with people, like the two boys that are always with him from the school for example, besides ofc Tohru, Uo and Hana and the rest of the usual gang.
