The first filler arc is coming up after the Loguetown arc.

So kinda important detail about the manga, which people might have mentioned before idk, is Oda sometimes uses the cover pages of each chapter as an extra page, and will draw characters we haven't seen for a while to show what they're up to. Sometimes, especially later in the series, these cover pages will depict the same side story over the course of multiple weeks/months. Some of them are important to the story and others are just fun bits of artwork etc Most of the time the anime won't bother with these cover page stories, which is a bit unfortunate, so people might fill you in on stuff from time to time or wait for you to catch up to the anime so you can read them all yourselves I'm saying this now because the next two episodes I believe are of 2 cover stories, so they're kinda fillery but they're also not at the same time. The next arc technically begins at the end of episode 47, and I am very excite :)

Here is the list: Episode 46-47 (Cover story) Episode 50-51 (Anime Canon) [Originally material that was cut from the manga but was written by oda and incerted later on] Episode 54-55 (Partial filler/Canon) - These are a little tricky but basically all you need to know is the very end of 54's cliffhanger which leads into 55 is canon and it contains a very critical moment in the story. Or just watch them both to make it easier but do not skip ep 55. Episode 56-60 (All Filler) [Skip them, you don't have to watch these] And thats it. The next time you will have to worry about filler will be Ep 98 so your good for a while. Alternative solution: Just watch them all and only skip 56-60 to make your life easier.

Shanks solos

Shanks sword isn't the highlight cause that's how Oda writes Shanks. Like yeah he uses a sword, but he does not depend on his sword or is hyped for his sword skills. He's not like Zoro and Mihawk who LIVE by the sword.

yeah it's pretty much safe to watch everything that's not red on that filler site with the exception of episode 54/55, which are crucial, and the G-8 arc, which is just a very fun filler arc

Congratulations on catching up to where the Live Action left off, it really was a journey, but interestingly so, still just a few episodes shy from the completion of the East Blue Saga. Loguetown arc was teased at the end of the Live Action, the Anime has some filler scenes and episodes that in my opinion are pretty good. They add to the characters and they don't feel all that fillery to be honest.

After the Live Action was first announced years ago, the script of the Zoro intro from episode 1 and some other stuff leaked. And it was said they were making 10 episodes, we had their titles and everything. That was cut to 8 to save budget, Covid delayed things, so overall season 1 of the Live Action was going to cover Loguetown in another timeline. At least we saw the Roger execution in episode 1, just like how the manga started.
