Wilfrith and Grwn - Roughs - Pages 16-17 (Patreon)

I love doing pages where the gutter isn’t just a cut from moment to moment in a single interaction, but can be recontextualized like this to be a perspective shift back and forth across the gutter of what is really just two panels of a back-and-forth interaction. The composition of the drawings on page 16 are almost where I want them but I think I need to reconfigure the Grwns a little bit.

And on 17, before the scene ends, one last direct comparison of how the fight has left the two guys. You can see I’ve almost figured out how the white spots on the back fur are supposed to look, but I haven’t yet cracked it.
