Banalizne daily routine (Patreon)

Dantooine, as far as I know is a peaceful planet. It is unsure as to why we need a new report of the current status of the populace, as they already sended some men to take care of it. Apparently due to a mistake the reports were inadequate and messing data, so I was tasked to head there and  provide a much accurate filling this time around.

The population is still fairly small, so it wouldn’t take long to complete my work. What I didn’t account for was to encounter an unusual specie to file my reports. A bipedal varactyl that could even speak and act civil. With the amount of aliens you can encounter in the galaxy, this is probably the rarest of its kind, and meeting one in person is unusual. Nevertheless, I do need to file her information.

I did ask a few questions and were as followed:

What is your name ma’am?

“My name is Banalizne! And yes, I am a varactyl if you were asking.”

Have you been living in Dantooine? If so, for how many years?

“Ah yes, that ish right! I've been living here for the last 6 or 7 years? It has been so long, but I like it here. Very peaceful.”

Do you live inside the village?

“No, I live on a farm not too far from here.”

How are the people here treating you?

“I don’t always visit the village, they treat me well like any other folks here tho!”

Looks like you are expecting?

“Yes I am! My third brood so far. Still have a few months to go with the current batch!”

Third? Are you still planning on having more kids?

“Well, how else am I going to increase my population, hm?”

After a few more questions the varactyls woman soon went on her merry way while I continued with filling out the reports of the population. Despite the surreal interview, I am more concerned in needing to convince my superiors this part of the data was not fabricated.
