Some stuff on Half-Dragons (Patreon)

Half-Dragons can vary in appearance, but there are some things that are standard. Horns, patches of scales (some large some small), and tails. Though some have more exaggerated features, resembling their draconic parent more closely.

The Sylvestris children would often use disguise spells and glamours to veil their true form while in the presence of those outside their family to hide their dragon heritage, though in time many of them would embrace their unusual appearance, taking great pride in being Half-Dragons.

All those with draconic blood have an ingrained ability to use magic. Those seeking to have spellcasting in their family would often seek these Half-Dragons out in order to attempt to earn their hands in marriage. This method led to to creating the Nobel Wizard Families, as the Half-Dragons of England married into the round table, which was full of mostly nobles and royalty.
