Breaking the 4th wall (Patreon)

Here is my first tribute to Ren & Stimpy show. Ren is surely not that type of guy who modern furries can call sexually attractive but I really loved him after watching all 5 seasons because he has a good charisma. And that's what good toons are all about, they have bright personality which can catch you easily. Of course, Ren's personality is quite specific as well, he is nervous, angry, hysterical, sociopathic, sadistic maniac but...That's what I can actually call "ideal character" for myself because I'm nervous unsocial loser as well and really felt Ren's feelings in most of the scenes. And actually, Ren was shown very soft hearted and even kind quite often which makes him very realistic character who can't be called straightly evil or good guy.  

Now about the drawing itself. I imagined that idea of Ren coming out of TV and talking to some guy sitting in front of it sometime in october so that's why it looks a little bit scary, yeah. 4th wall stuff is quite common for R&S show and there were some shorts about "Secret Fan Club" which appeared between episodes several times. And they all started with that hypnotising purple-green circles which I really wanted to use in my artwork. It was hard task to make that TV lights and I'm not sure how it could look in real but guess I did it well. Really proud of that one, it's probably one of my most atmospheric artworks now.
