WE’RE HERE, MANCHESTER!! I MEAN GLASGOW! I MEAN MANCHESTER. 

let it be known that i am so tour-worn that i literally spent the first 50 minutes of the show in glasgow last night thinking (and saying aloud) that i was in manchester even though i had spent all day in feckin glasgow. glasgow finally figured it out for me. thanks, glasgow. thank you for the music.

MANCHESTER - i am really here i swear. 

see you tonight at albert hall. we are only about 100 tickets from sold out. doors 6:30, show 7:30 SUPERsharp. curfew is 11:15, hard. the venue is demanding the bar (next to the stage) stays open even after a protracted battle, but it will really fuck the show up if there’s bar noise so please...PRE-LOAD. i am serious. get your two pints of wine or whatever and take them to your seat. we have an early curfew, so no intermission, BUT i will do a mid-show break for people to pee and head desperately to the bar so don’t worry - all is not lost...

 ill say all this shit from stage as well. also, art books!!! and manchester posters!! grab one before the show starts to make alex’s life easy - the merch is in a weird little corner of the venue tonight and everything tonigbt is basically weird. patrons: meet me at stage right as the show ends for a photo
