We were pretty miffed (muffed?) when we learnt this but we thought, there's only one way to rectify this.

Make one.

The ultimate plan is to build a permanent Vagina Museum that takes a holistic view of vaginas, from science to history to their place in culture. It will be a diverse place where there will be lots of different ways of engaging and getting involved.

This museum will be based in the UK.

The museum is dedicated to being gender inclusive and intersectional."

we also have a FINE ART PRINT of the album cover! we’re having super duper deluxe fancy A2 giclee art prints made for the tour; this was a one-off sample produced by the printers. this will be signed and personalised by amanda for the winner :)

back in edinburgh last year, amanda performed this live at the fringe with andrew o’neill, complete with uke-smashing… and now, YOU CAN OWN YOUR OWN PIECE OF SMASHED UKULELE, signed and emblazoned with its own motivational message from amanda!

HOW IT’LL ALL WORK…..

the shoes and the art print will be up for AUCTION!!! this means that throughout the day, anybody can come up and ‘bid’ on the items. i’ll keep little signs next to each of them to let you know the current bid. at 10pm, amanda will play the role of final auctioneer, we'll get her a gavel, and the final highest bidders win!!

meanwhile, the uke pieces will be sold in a good old fashioned RAFFLE!!!! oh yes, we are going full on village hall fete. £3 will buy you a raffle ticket, and at the end of the night i’ll pick a number, and five lucky winners will each get a piece o’ uke. 

Since we’re gonna be there ALL DAY LONG, i’ll be getting phone numbers/email addresses from anyone who buys a raffle ticket or places a bid, so in the event you have to leave at 5pm and you win, i’ll get in contact and we can arrange getting you your lovely prizes :)
