Got in but am now having issues. Perhaps too many people viewing, stream throttled by FB for either technical or political reasons. (Trying not to be paranoid but have issues with FB's behavior as a platform.) What I heard was GREAT and I am looking forward to hearing the final podcast! Very important work we are all doing here, and Dr Leah stands out.

Very well executed. I'm glad there's this fierce and relentless "medical" power such as Leah to have all of humanity's back. Now we need a lawyer, politician. And an ordinary house male.

Forreal this was very educating and openly logical. I enjoyed it. Have a wonderful show tonight :)

This was such a perfect end cap after last night's show. Thank you both for your advice and bravery. And thank you for the big hug. It was good to see you after commenting on last night's post. I'm glad I got to hug you and tell you how grateful I am for your wisdom and music. I hope tonight is easier than last night. I hope the tour ends on the lightest brightest note. Thank you for everything, Amanda. Thank you, thank you, thank you. ❤️

As an intersectional feminist (with personal experience of a lot of the intersections)I am so behind the combination of using whatever you have to do whatever you can to support all of people you can reach. Radical compassion is the best tool for all of us as it’s the only one where holding the handle doesn’t cause more damage but it’s a hard skill to learn and a heavy thing to lift and we all need to practice until we have developed the mental, emotional, spiritual and physical strength to use it the best way. Part of wielding it is recognizing that you have to first practice on yourself, then on those you already care about and then just keep expanding the range...it takes time! I think that when we talk about it we need to be really explicit about what it ISN’T before even starting to explain what it is. It isn’t simple or easy or a way of feeling superior to others, you can’t be radically empathetic and smug, you can’t use it to excuse ignorance or lack of action. It isn’t removing responsibility from those who have done damage, giving them a ‘free pass’ or minimizing their impact, if anything it is the opposite. Humans are not monsters, they just do monstrous things and acknowledging the difference is massively important, monsters aren’t changeable but humans are always in flux, if we want to improve we have to do it as a whole species. Preferably without nailing any of those leading the way forward to any wooden objects, hanging them from trees, confining them to towers or chaining them to rocks to have their livers eaten... love and light. 🖤 Onward!

I'd like to follow Dr. Torres on Instagram, can I get a link to her account?

OKAY HAD TO COME BACK BC I GOT CONFIRMATION: I had to run after seeing Amanda BUT I KNOW DOCTOR TORRES!! I messaged her to be sure it was the same, but I remember her from my baby activist days in Salt Lake!! I was only just starting to be political and participate in direct action events in our city and I remember another friend introducing us. She moved very shortly after we met, but to see her yesterday (especially now that we realize it was each other!) was wild and I feel AWFUL I couldn't stay to hug her and laugh about the serendipity. But I'm so glad she's got you to amplify her voice, Amanda. I'm insanely grateful. We need those voices of compassion so much and people elevating other people is how we hear all those stories. Thank you for sharing the microphone. Thank you for getting Leah's words out there to everyone. Thank you for helping protect reproductive rights for all. ❤️❤️❤️
