My wife and I attended last night in Detroit and thoroughly enjoyed every minute! It was our first time seeing you live and it was amazing. Thank you for sharing so deeply. We're letting everyone know to go to any shows near them. Have a blast on the tour and know our hearts are with you. :)

I am looking forward to going through later and reading all these comments, but for now I’ll just throw out a thought... I have seen you play solo a handful of times, all amazing in their own way. I have stammered to find my words when I met you and Brian in KY, a true first for me, as I am never without something to say! And I have held you when you felt sad after the first show in Philly for Grand Theft Orchestra, and the list goes on. Each time meaning more than the last. The connection is fucking real and it is fucking necessary. For you, for us, for THE WORLD! But exhausting yourself is not fair to you. What about a pre-show cuddle huddle? Or perhaps a mailbox type thing, where just like during GTO people can put comments, gifts, ART, in a box for you to receive after the show? I know it isn’t really the same as a real hug, but it gives everyone the opportunity to say what they want/need to say to you without the pressure of finding the words in the moment when everything is so rushed and crazy. I was a long time Tori fan (we’re talking like since her first album came out, I’m old) but I didn’t get the chance to meet her until I was way, way into my 30’s, and when I did, I knew I wouldn’t have a lot of time, so I wrote her a letter in the hopes that she would actually read it, whether she did or not, I do not know, but it felt amazing just to know she had it in her hands. Almost 30 years in the making. Meeting you is incredible, but I almost feel like we sometimes take advantage of just how approachable you are. You give us so god damn much, THANK YOU!!) and all we want is more.... Anyway, that’s my thought. I hope you like it. I will be making the 13 hour car ride to Boston to see you for the I don’t know how many-eth time, and I am more excited now than I ever have been. Thank you for that ❤️
