This week I've been working on animating the Murder scene as well as attempting to track down some pesky game breaking bugs that keep resurfacing. I also reanimated Springtrap's walk cycle to a slightly smoother/bouncier version as a small bonus.

Murder's transition from the first loop to her second loop has been done. I need to figure out a better way to implement a feature I've been experimenting with on her that controls her finger placement. Right now the data is stored as separate distinct values when it really should be on a single armature, I'll need to move those individual objects over to a at least a partial control rig setup next week. The main issue being that when I need to transition from one position to another using the individual targets, I end up needing to copy and paste 10 different positions instead of a single pose.

I've reduced how sensitive bots are to collisions in the hopes that they will stop getting really close to where their supposed to do an animation (particularly Springtrap) but not being able to reach it. This shows up as the bots walking in place instead of stopping to do things like seduce another bot, wait at the door for the player, attack the player, etc.

I'm also tracking a bug that is causing the game to not progress after 6 AM in some instances, but I need more testing.

Update 11/15/2023: I fixed an issue causing game over scenes to not start, which I believe is what was causing the game to not progress past 6 AM. The fixed build has replaced the previous build on this post, so if you had this issue please redownload the attached file and try again.

Good progress as always, so I hate to mention a bug. Chica's "jumpscare" kind of didn't happen and made the game neverending where one can only hear sounds but not move. For a while the camera/screen still worked but then the puppet walked there and that also stopped working. (as I write this, the puppets are in the security room all of them) Edit: oh, now that I returned to the game, Chica's "jumpscare" activated as far as now the player camera is turned around 180 degrees and looking at the wall. The scene has not activated of course, so the game keeps on going.

Thanks for the report, don't hesitate to report bugs they don't hurt my feelings. I'm indisposed for the next two days but I'll take a look Wednesday.

ive had this issue too, but like with any jumpscare and idk why, cant exit the game either unless i close it

loaded game and instant death on hell mode lol. I had time to switch 1 camera over then bonnie stopped me, foxy AND chica got me at the same time right after. gonna need a lot more practice with normal mode if imma beat that. just hope it's not a halloween only thing

loaded night 7. let the honeypot get too high. springtrap got stuck on stage on her way over. then all the bots 1 by 1 eventually started doing there thing of trying to get in but the jumpscare doesn't happen and ur stuck looking at a meatsack in the stage room doing whatever "activity" was last triggered. while in the pov from the office chair.
