Friday Update 03/02/18 (Patreon)

Thank you everyone! Your patronage is truly motivating me to grow as an animator/game designer/programmer, hopefully I can show off that growth with each update.

I'm changing how I'm handing out keys. Keys take time to generate and send out and since a large majority of you already have a copy I will be sending out keys by request only: send me a PM asking for a key and you shall be given one.

Animation:

This week I finished Bonnie's Game Over animations. There's not much to say and you can see what I have to show above, if you're interested in the technical stuff I went through you can read below.

One of the major problems that I ran into with the models was that the vaginal cavity is way too thin for the male models penis. I created a 3D mask to keep it from poking out of the sides, I think the effect is convincing enough. I also experimented in blender with using temporary empties as IK targets to compensate for the basic rigs I'm using. The results are fairly decent, but the export times are murder.

Moving Forward:

Next week I'll be doing admin work such as updating the website, touching up the Patreon, and packaging up and transferring assets between the two projects where it makes sense. I'll be running a poll to determine what comes next-next week, both games are about 2 weeks from a version release.
