Bonnie - Animation:

Per the poll results Bonnie's game over animation will be in the cow girl position. I finished working on the first "phase" (foreplay/warm up) of the animation which you can see above. I should finish the other three phases next week or the week after.  


Bonnie - Implementation:

Bonnie will be a saboteur-type character, she will attempt to cut off the show room's power supply. A puzzle mini-game will be added that will need to be completed whenever she reroutes power, lose too much power and she will attack.


Bonnie's implementation, because of the addition of the minigame, will be a little bit more complicated than Chica's so it might take me 2-3 weeks of development time to complete it. I've got one more week of working on F*NAF before next month's time allocation poll so I'll try to have the game over animations done by then.

Question: Will you reuse those animations for your other game? This would be really efficient and I don't mind it at all.

I really wish I could; one of the growing pains of F*NAF is that the rigs (what's used to animate the 3d model) are different for each animatronic. This makes it impossible to reuse animations even between the animatronics much less between two games. The solution would be to rebuild the rigs but then I would have to reanimate everything from the beginning. Something that could save me some time would be to use this animation as a reference and rebuild it by hand on the HCD rigs, that might be twice as fast as making one from scratch, I'll have to give it a try.
