Not a lawyer. If you take the buyer and the grantee to be the same person then by plain language, A makes the most sense. Feels like a general warranty wouldn't cover being evicted from a property. But I have no idea if the buyer and grantee are the same person.

I agree with Thomas that the question does not make sense. In a real estate sale, the buyer is the grantee, so how can the buyer and grantee be two different entities? Who is this mysterious party doing the evicting if it isn't the seller? Is there a Bank foreclosing a mortgage or a Lessor of a sublease evicting a tenant? There seems to be information missing here. The answer has to be A or C. Coinflip says C.
