Andrew, With regard to Trump pardoning himself, wouldn't it be true that he couldn't pardon himself for a STATE crime? Let's say that the NY attorney general charges him with a state crime associated with the Trump foundation. I could be totally wrong but I think that only the NY governor could pardon him for such a crime. Or am I totally wrong?

I'm sure you've already recorded, so this is probably rhetorical, but 60M people voted for trump. A schmidge more voted for Clinton. 80M registered couldn't be bothered. I'm going to go out on a limb and say of the 80M a large proportion will adversely affected by a idiot as president and even more so if Pence takes over. I hope everything works out, but none of this will be detrimental to me or my family. I'll probably do better. I'd like it to be better for everyone, but 80 million (more than either candidate got) couldn't be bothered.
