The MBE tests common law and buglering was apparently a night time affair in 13th-ish century Saxony. Presumably because of their striped shirts and eyemasks were more acceptable afterhours. The other trick is that the question does not say the only crimes, simply which crimes.

I have been a listener who kept meaning to support y'all through Patreon, but never made that small effort to actually sign up. This question made me do it because if I had taken the time do so, apparently I could have been the only non-lawyer to know this answer. This is thanks to that time I ended up studying the UCMJ because my chief threatened to courtmartial me for watching a man ride a bicycle, which he described as burglary.
