Would love to have you address the differences between your standard NLRB labor law and the differences for those of us governed under the Railway Labor Act. Couple of examples: 1) Our union contracts don't expire, the become 'amendable' 2) We need permission to go on strike from a federal agency. I'm sure there are other differences. Also, one more thing. While it is possible to call an election with 30% signature cards, almost no union does that. They actually wait until they get 50%+ and companies lie about what that signature card means all the time. This was the fight that happened right near the end of Obama where the unions wanted the signature card to count as a vote.

Unions rarely came to the Board without 70%. The process can be quite long and employees shift opinions over time.
