Hello loves!

Here is a heavily requested video of tracing acupuncture meridians on the legs and feet! We start with a little massage, then locating, tracing with some sleepy explanations, and seed application. Marika was asleep the whole time--you'll hear her snoring lightly in the second half 😂.

Also I finally found out where the high-pitched buzzing sound is coming from! Turns out there is one switch on my zoom recorder called hi-z! I have no idea what that means, but when I flipped that switch back to mic, the buzzing disappeared and the sound substantially improved! I didn't figure this out until the second half of the video, and that's when you'll notice a big change in the sound. I'm learning more about my recording equipment everyday 😅!
