Hello friends,

How are you? I've been receiving professional help to support my mental, emotional and physical health, and it has made a world of a difference. I'm so grateful to feel like myself again (most of the time) and for the dark clouds to have lifted. It has been a humbling journey, and I now have a clearer vision for my purpose and mission in this life. Thank you all so much for your love and encouragement along the way 💕🙏🏼!

I'm daring myself to dream big and push past all the naysayers, negative self talk and obstacles. I care deeply about promoting harmony within and between all beings and Mother Earth. I'm awakening more to the destruction we have caused, and I'm trying to look at it all through a more compassionate lens to find solutions. Marika and I are embarking on a journey of building natural homes, restoring destroyed agricultural land, and other forms of environmental stewardship.

My journey healing from depression and anxiety has taught me that our personal health is intimately connected to our planetary health. I hope to combine naturopathic medicine with environmental stewardship and harmony in my future practice, and my vision is growing clearer by the day. And of course, I will bring you all along on my journey and incorporate what I learn into my ASMR videos 🤗!

I hope you enjoy this medical roleplay with Marika. Most of the information is real, but we did a bit of roleplaying in the beginning which was super fun! They were all Marika's ideas by the way!
