Hi everyone, hope you're all having a great weekend. I'm back to showcase this week's Fakemon and collect prompts for future Fakemon! There are no restrictions to the ideas you are allowed to suggest, but I particularly like Fakemon ideas that have something to do with current events or releases!

Thanks for the prompt, Martin Scorsussy! Here's the Peak Cinema Fakemon you asked for:

To Pokémon, it's lethal. To humans, it's deadly.

Leave your own suggestions in the comments and/or choose your favourite idea from the poll below. I'll make the most popular option from the poll for next week, unless there's something relevant happening in pop culture that I want to reference via a Fakemon.

Let me know if you have any questions!

PS: I've sorted the poll by the most popular choices. If I don't put your idea in next week's poll it doesn't mean I don't like it, but that there's a reason why I don't think the idea would work (for example: me not being familiar with the inspiration or the idea not matching the Wooden Plank audience). In that case, I suggest changing the idea. I occasionally trim the fat from the poll by removing choices that consistently get few votes.

This is, of course, a huge shitpost, but I will use the results of this poll and new suggestions after my break, so prompts are very welcome.

Here’s a Fakemon idea. A Hisuian normal-type Eeveelution that evolves when an Eevee reaches Level 20.

Perhaps Pokemon based on elements of Brandon Sanderson's Cosmere.

What about a trio of waterbased pokemon based on the new idols from splatoon 3?

2 legendary pokemon based of the yin and yang mythology. One being a tiger named tigon and the other being a dragon named drager

Or maybe an entire set based on the four cardinal guardians. You'd get a tiger, dragon, bird and a friggin turtle

Reshiram and Zekrom are Yin and Yang and the Forces of Nature, in their Therian’s Forms, are the guardians

British type: Super effective against Grass (they invented lawn mowers, after all), Fire (they also invented modern fire extinguishers), Rock (Stonehenge, amirite?), and Dragon (natch); not very effective against Ice (the Titanic), Psychic (Aleister Crowley), or Ghost (they have a lot, I hear). Take 1/2 damage from Grass, Water (historic Navy), and Dark (they're used to it); take 2x damage from Fire (The Great London Fire), Flying (stupid Wright Brothers taking the credit), Ghost and Dragon (also natch).
